Eureka Utah Shed Building Permit Requirements:

 

The Eureka City Website does not have any specific information about what sizes of sheds require a building permit.  However, most cities in Juab County and the State of Utah have adapted the International Building Code which states that any buildings 200 sq. ft. and smaller do not require a building permit.

Levan

Mona

 

Mona Utah Shed Building Permit Requirements:

 

Mona City does not require a building permit for any shed unless it is larger than 200 sq. ft.  However, all sheds regardless of size must meet the city's set back requirements.

All sheds larger than 200 sq. ft. will need a building permit.
