Mona City Storage Shed Building Permit Requirements:

Mona City only requires a building permit for sheds, garages or outbuildings that are larger than 400 sq. ft. whereas most of the state requires permits for buildings larger than 200 sq. ft.  We have confirmed this with the city offices and are fairly confident in this information.

Nephi City Storage Shed Building Permit Requirements:

We have confirmed with a city building official that Nephi City only requires a building permit for buildings that are larger than 200 sq. ft.
